Nexus Packaging is delighted to announce the commissioning of the 16th mould since our factory opening in 2024.
We have a further 8 custom tools in development which will soon be in service. Our all-electric blow moulding machines have been configured with a range of extrusion head spacings and mould mounting configurations to accommodate most custom mould requirements.
Our four chamber material blenders allow the precise mixing of custom pigments, polymer and recycled material, where required.
Once the custom bottle manufacturing parameters have been optimised, the settings: parison graph, extruder temperatures, blowing pressures and timings are stored for that specific product as a data file within the memory of the moulding machine. This enables us to minimise mould change downtimes.
We offer a service that can take a product from concept to design, modelling and production within 16 weeks.
