At Nexus Packaging, we have a comprehensive portfolio of jerrycan containers to suit a variety of applications and industries. Our pack sizes include 1L, 2L, 2.5L, 4L & 5L. Our jerrycans are manufactured in High Density Polyethylene (HDPE). All are fitted a 38mm Berg (38/23) neck that is compatible with a range of closures including Tamper Evident, Non-Tamper Evident, Child Resistant & Pull Spout. The liner options for these caps are PE Wadded, Induction Heat Sealed (IHS) and Vented. We have a lightweight (130g) and heavyweight (200g) UN certified 5L Jerrycan for Packing Group II & III Chemicals at an SG of 1.4. For solvent products, we have a 5L Jerrycan manufactured with a Coex barrier to prevent migration through the plastic. All of our jerrycan containers are BRC approved. Nexus offer perfect-fit corrugated boxes for the jerrycan range, sized & printed to the requirements of each individual customer.
