At our state-of-the-art extrusion blow moulding facility in Hillington, Glasgow, Nexus manufactures a wide range of plastic bottles and containers to meet the needs of multiple industries.
Using advanced all-electric blow moulding machines, we can produce containers from 500ml to 25 litres, delivering precision, efficiency and reduced energy consumption with every product. We work with a variety of materials including HDPE, multi-layer co-extrusion and post-consumer recycled plastics (PCR). This flexibility allows us to create both standard containers and fully bespoke designs through custom tooling. By applying lightweighting techniques, we minimise plastic usage while maintaining the strength, impact resistance and chemical compatibility required for demanding applications.
